The Lost Recipe for beautiful Skin

Your Shopping List:

Cornmeal

Yogurt, plain (unflavored)

Egg yolk

Apple Cider Vinegar

Thirty minutes of uninterrupted time (If only you could buy this!)

Directions:
Push hair back and secure with clips or a band. Gently massage one teaspoon of EV coconut oil on entire face and around eyes, beginning at the inner corner of the eye and moving in a circle across the top of the eye, around to the underside of the eye and back to the inner corner. Remove with a clean washcloth wrung out in warm water.

Apply two teaspoons of yogurt with the same gentle massage motion, and rinse. The lactic acid in yogurt acts a gentle exfoliator, loosening dead skin cells for the next step.
Make a paste of one teaspoon of finely ground cornmeal and water in the palm of your hand and lightly massage across the surface of your skin to remove aged and dead skin cells. Rinse.
Stir together one teaspoon of honey (an outstanding moisturizer and skin rejuvenator), one teaspoon of yogurt and one egg yolk (the phosphoplipids are next to miraculous); then apply mixture to entire face (eyelids included) as a mask. Rest and relax for 20 minutes while it dries. (This is the fun part.) When dry, fill a basin with warm water and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and rinse by splashing water/vinegar mixture on face 20 times. This rinse restores the precious protective acid mantle of the skin, keeping it dewy and glowing with youthful beauty.

Voila!
Dry with a soft towel and rub your hand over the cleanest, smoothest, softest skin you’ve felt in a long, long time. Bliss Spa in New York couldn’t do a better job of cleansing and rejuvenating your skin than you just did!!
